Filius fulfils all orders made online and our goal is to deliver as fast as possible. Please allow 5 business days from time of order for the sewing of your made-to-order shirt; shipping times will start after this period. All other orders are processed within two business days for in-stock merchandise. Shipping occurs on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly correct any defects with your made-to-order shirt. However, since the shirt has been made especially for you, we cannot offer a full refund; We will levy a 40% restocking fee for any returned made-to-order shirts, with the balance going to your credit card. For all other returns, non-sale items will be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Exceptions
Filius does not accept returns on one-of-a-kind items or items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. No returns will be accepted on sale merchandise. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.
Damaged/Defective goods
Filius is committed to selling only top-quality merchandise. Before shipping your order, we conduct quality checks and carefully hand-pack the items to avoid damage during delivery. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify Filius by email here within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
Return Procedures
1. Confirm that the item you would like to return agrees with the return policies communicated above.
2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please email Filius here. Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach us within 14 days from the original delivery date.
3. Ship Authorized Returns The returning package must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as for items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a trackable shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express. Filius will not accept a COD return.
Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Filius is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure or any other uncontrollable events.

My Account provides customers the ability to check on orders and shipment status, retrieve saved shopping carts and edit account profile details such as name, address, password and the likes.
Filius values customers time and privacy and therefore we do not require creating an account before shopping at our Online store. However, it is highly recommended that you do create an account so that you can take advantage of managing your order, profile and saved cart information.
